funnyfoodguy's Signature Smoked Juicy Lucy Cheeseburger Recipe | PDF recipe

Think about the last time you've seen a smoked cheeseburger on the menu at a restaurant. Have you ever seen a smoked cheeseburger on a menu? I know I haven't. It may be due to the extended length of time they take to make, but trust me, it's definitely worth the time.

Would you like to try some of the finest burgers that can be made?

All it takes is a bit of time and you too can enjoy one of my personal favorite foods made in the exact same way I make them.

My signature smoked juicy Lucy cheeseburgers will have a pink smoke ring around the outer edge of the burger when bitten into, it's part of what happens when smoking meat. The smoke ring doesn't indicate that the meat undercooked. The flavor is difficult for me to describe, smoked burgers are completely different from grilled burgers and have that great smokey flavor. If I could, I'd eat these burgers every single day.

Smoking burgers isn't difficult to do, but it does require a smoker and takes some time. As long as you keep an eye on the temperature of your smoker every so often, you should have no issues.

In this recipe, I wrote a list of ingredients and a step-by-step guide of preparation. I also included some notes of tips that I learned over the years of smoking burgers.

My signature smoked jucy Lucy cheeseburgers are great with my signature french fries and signature cheese sauce. You can find those recipes on my store here.

Hope you enjoy my recipe as much as I do.
