Is there a better side dish than french fries? I don't think so. A majority of restaurants have some variation of french fries on their menu. With this recipe, you'll be able to make delicious fries that are just as good or better than any restaurant.

Are you ready to make your own homemade french fries?

All it takes is a bit of time and you too can make and enjoy one of the best side dishes there is. The only special tool needed is a fry cutter, but even that isn't completely necessary if you would rather just cut the potatoes with a knife instead.

My signature french fries are crispy and delicious. Once you try them once, you won't be able to get enough of them. When I make these fries, I never want to run out of them. But when I do run out, I just make more. I'm sure you're going to enjoy them just as much as I do.

Making french fries isn't difficult to do, but it does require a pot of oil or deep fryer and takes some time. As long as you keep an eye on the temperature of your oil and are attentive to your fries, you should have no issues.

In this recipe, I wrote a list of ingredients and a step-by-step guide of preparation. I also included some notes of tips that I learned over the years of smoking burgers.

My signature french fries are great with my signature smoked juicy Lucy cheeseburgers and signature cheese sauce. You can find those recipes on my store here.

Hope you enjoy my recipe as much as I do.
