What's your absolute favorite meal that you can think of? For me, it's the timeless classic burger and fries with cheese sauce to dip them in. I don't think there is a meal out there that will ever compare to it. With these recipes, you'll be able to make this legendary meal any time you feel like it.

All it takes is some time and you can make and enjoy my personal favorite meal there is exactly the same way I make it.

My signature smoked juicy Lucy cheeseburgers will have a pink smoke ring around the outer edge of the burger when bitten into, it's part of what happens when smoking meat. The smoke ring doesn't indicate that the meat undercooked. The flavor is difficult for me to describe, smoked burgers are completely different from grilled burgers and have that great smokey flavor. My signature french fries are crispy and delicious. My signature cheese sauce is a nice creamy consistency with a great flavor. If I could, I'd eat this meal every single day.


There are some special tools that will be needed for some of the recipes. A fry cutter is highly recommended for cutting potatoes, but it isn't required. You could just cut the potatoes into fries with a knife if you prefer. Smoking burgers isn't difficult to do, but it does require a smoker and takes some time. As long as you're attentive to what you're cooking and follow the directions carefully, you should have no issues.
